I came across this list of 25 different ways to improve your site on fadtastic.net. They cover Usability/Accessibility, Search Engine Optimisation - Seo, Design/Development Process, Content, and Off-Site. I think this works as some good guide lines to keep in mind.

Google PageRank has been one of those things a lot of people will use as a guide to tell them how well their site is doing in search engine wise. It has always been pretty unclear about what the number really means.
Well Smashing Magazine just did a great article to clear the air. It is a massive article but is easy to read and well structured. I highly recommend the article.

Apple just rolled out some new ads for it’s iPhone coming out June 29th. I myself will most likely not be getting one, because of the service being through AT&T only, but the Ads make me want one bad.
