This was sent to me as a “Fast Fact” from Kaon. “Because it has been shown to be so effective in engaging customers and transferring knowledge, interactivity is one of the most sought-after characteristics of selling and marketing solutions.” - 2007 RIS, Retail Technolgy Study

We have found this to be very true! When people are engaged in a demonstration or a presentation, they tend to stay longer, learn more, and retain the information better. Heck, they may actually have fun!
